At Watch Us Farm, we believe in unlocking the potential of high-functioning adults with intellectual disabilities and transforming their lives through empowerment and meaningful opportunities.

 

Our mission is to create a community where individuals with intellectual disabilities thrive, cultivating a sense of purpose, independence, and social integration.

 

We provide inclusive employment opportunities for these remarkable individuals by harnessing their unique abilities, breaking down barriers and promoting their inclusion in the workforce.

 Home & Community Based Services 

 

Through our tailored job training programs, we equip them with essential skills, fostering personal growth and a sense of fulfillment.

We've been making a huge impact in our community.

To date, we have successfully provided jobs for over 100 adults with intellectual disabilities.

Our person-centered approach ensures that each individual receives the necessary support and encouragement to reach their full potential.

and Medicaid waiver service provider employing and training adults

We are all trying to do our best to navigate this journey together.
So long as we are all asking the question "How can we help?",
there are no
wrong answers.

Hydroponic Lettuce

We're growing more lettuce than we can house and have a need to expand into another green house. 
 

Through your support we've sold thousands of heads of lettuce to local restaurants and our farmers markets and have donated several thousand heads to the local food pantries.
